• Payment must be made in full before delivery
• We accept cash on delivery and online payment methods

• Delivery within 3-5 working days from order confirmation
• Delivery charges may apply based on location
• Customer must be present at delivery address
• We are not responsible for delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances

• Defective products can be returned within 24 hours of delivery

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days
• Transportation costs for returns are borne by the customer
